    rack deads?

    where do you set the bars on the rack for rack deads, knee height?

    cool man thanks, im trying to eliminate my lower body involvement as much as possible becuase im sore from legs like 4-5 days later(i kill em) so when i try to do deads my legs fail far before my back.

    Yep, I do rack pulls all the time.

    More so, due to your ability to use more weight and taking more of your legs out of the movement.

    awesome, another ? i have a deadlift machine at my gym that has 2 grips for deads, low and high right below my knees actually, would this be a good idea to use of stick to the bar?

    There is no substitute for free weight deadlifts and rack pulls.

    I set the bar about 3/4 of the way up my shin..
