Finding the best workout split and rest method is a personal trail and error experience. Everybody is different and everybody responds differently. That’s also why if you ask 10 bodybuilders the same question you will get 10 different answers.Originally Posted by fballhoss51
What ever you’re routine is, just remember to change it up every 4 or 5 weeks, this will keep your muscles guessing and growing
