i have been working out now for a few years and my upper chest is way behind the rest of my body and no matter what i do i cant get it to catch up.

First things first, what does your dietary approach look like?
yep diet first
but w/ your workout start w/ DB incline or barebell incline and make sure when you do dips to pull your knees up infront .. somehow this puts some good pull on the chest![]()
Yeah, just start with the incline in your workouts. It will catch up.
Incline flies help my upper chest look far more defined.
