With this cycle I am planning to gain Lean Body Mass. What would be the most effective workout format for this purpose? ie. 3 days on, 1 off; 1 day on, 1 day off (recommended by steroid.com); Monday, Tuesday,Thursday, Friday; etc...
As far as reps go, would lift for hypertrophy (high rep) when trying to gain LBM or low rep? Thanks a head of time.
