LBM Workout
Age: 22
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185lbs
Bf%: 13
Experience: 2 Years
Cycle: Test P 75mg/day for 10-12 weeks
Anavar 35-50mg/day for the last 6-8 weeks
All Anti-es and PCT stuff is in check
With this cycle I am planning to gain Lean Body Mass. What would be the most effective workout format for this purpose? ie. 3 days on, 1 off; 1 day on, 1 day off (recommended by steroid .com); Monday, Tuesday,Thursday, Friday; etc...
As far as reps go, would lift for hypertrophy (high rep) when trying to gain LBM or low rep? Thanks a head of time.

use 6-8 reps
2on 1off or 3on 1off

What does your workout look at it i am currently in lbm and i am doing 8,6,4,2 reps

Ok, so should I lifet each body part once or twice/week? The Lean part of LBM is my biggest thing. I dont care if i stay the same weight,give or take 5-8 lbs. I know if I gain lean mass i will cut fat at the same time.

lift heavy and hard, get plenty of rest, and make sure your diet is in check. that's best advice you're going to get if you dont provide us with your diet, and layout of your workout.
