BASIC WORKOUT questions when on gear:

When being on the juice (Fina, Test + D-Bol), I understand that one works out differently that without it, so:

    - how often each body part per week?
    - number of exescises?
    - number of sets and reps?
    - rest days?
    - speed of movement?
    - rest time between the sets?

How do you change this when cutting up and working on definition?

    THX!

Ok here it is from questions 1 - 6

    1) At least 2 x a week.

    2) As many as you have time to allow. If you are have time restraints, then try splitting the routine up. Say like your chest in the moring and finish up with your tri's later on that afternoon, ect.

    3) 4 to 5 sets. Each to failure

    4) At least 2 rest days a week. More if you think that y ou need it. Try to split the rest days up though. I rather work out on Saturdays and and take off on Sundays and Wendsdays personnaly.

    5) Keep each movement slow and accuraute concentrating on correct forum. Speed should never even be a word associated with lifting weights.

    6) No longer than 1 or 2 minutes between sets. Any more than that and you begin to lose your pump and began to get cold thus possiblely increaseing the chance of injurgy.

Tobey, for some reason I've always had this that after doing more than 8 reps to failure, I need at least 3 minutes of rest before I can do the same weight! This is especially true with biceps and chest... So it's the questions of either reducing the weight each set or increasing the reast time... which one?
Doe it have any effect on muscle growth (i.e. loosing the pump?)

    Cheers.

I thought that 'drop set' is when you go to failure, them drop weight and continue the same same.
