Hi,
I'm 17 and training for somewhat a year now. Havent followed much "dieting" though and recently started working out with Bigkevs training scheme (which is awesome)
Well, now the problem, my arms measure 12" (pathetic i knowi'm not on the fat side...) , and they really are my weakest body part,but i want to change that no matter what i have to do for it against the summer (well , somewhat like 60 days left...).
So does anyone has some help or tips on how to grow them as large as poss in 60 days and maybe what diet to follow ?
