Cardio and Muscle Hardness
I read somewhere on one of these boards that hardio increases the hardness of your muscles. Is this true? and if its why?

The only biological reason I can think of, off the top of my head is that cardio will remove the amount of fat deposited around the muscles. As fat is soft its removal will leave lean tissue (muscle) giving the appearence that the muscle is getting harder
