LMAO at the Hardcore tri exercise, there aint one special exercise sorry, now for your chest I do everything flat/incline/decline all with very wide grip, Some people like to bench "normal" grip lol about shoulder width and then on other days do like wide grip bench press blah blah, all bullshit IMO! just do everything with a wide grip you will develop much more strength and power and it really really adds to your chest size.

for the upper chest incline dumbell flys really shocked my upper pecs when I was in a plateau, ther kind of akward at first but keep going for them and get a feel for it.. imagine hugging a tree..

    decline bench is waste IMO.

stick to barbell& dumbell bench& incline

wish some type of flyes, dips or pullovers.

hit tris with heavy skull crushers, french press &/or rope pulldown

LOL, Agreed! many people would argue that it is sucha large part of training the chest, I never and i mean if ever do its very very rarley do decline, but perhaps its because I have a rather large chest and allways have. And my lower pecs need no extra training.
