Thread: Morning or afternoon work out?

  1. #1

    Morning or afternoon work out?

Is it better too????? Or what do you think?

I personally work out in the morning and it feels good once you get use to it, but sometimes I'm really tired and have to really kick myself in the arse to get up. What;s everyone else's input on this?

I work out in the afternoon, as I've filled up on carbs throughout the day and therefore I have more energy and my body doesn't resort to using muscle tissue to fuel the workout.

testosterone levels in males hit a peak level at around 2-6p.m...something to take into consideration, if you're not sythetically enhanced of course
