what do u guys think of my routine
this is my new training split. i want to hit my rear delts more and incorporate hams in more too.
day 1) chest, tri's
day 2) back, rear delts
day 3) quads, hams
day 4) off
day 5) shoullders, bi's
day 6) traps, calves
day 7)off
my old routine was
day 1)chest tri's
day 2)bi's back
day 3) quads, calves
day 4)off
day5)shoulders, traps.
day 6)off
day7)off
i tried to seperate the workouts so that im not hittin similar muscles somedays, i do 12-15 sets on each muscle, what do u guys think,
