Is it ok to work your calves the day before you work the rest of your legs.
Me personally. I think that it is ok as long as you have been working your calves out for a while, so they will not be too sore.
I have small calves so I am going to start working them out 3 times a week. 2 days before my leg work out, on my leg workout day, and 2 days after my leg work out.
alright, thanks for the reply i wasnt sure if that was ok or not, i didnt really plan it they way the two days just kind of ended up like that
