Ok im trying to drop fat and keep up my muscle and i was wondering if doing
20min sessions of cardio twice daily 4times a week with weight training is too much i dont wanna lose any muscle

20 mins is nothing.
What kind of cardio? (HIIT or 65-75%MHR)
Is this AFTER lifting? (not ideal)
Etc etc.....

You should be fine...Like swole said, 20 min. is nothing and don't do cardio after you lift weights....
well im 19 and im keeping my heart rate at about 141 give or take about 5points... and when should i do cardio? i thought it would be better to do it after lifting weights cuz then my glucogen stores would be down right? and i would burn more fat than just sugar stores??? im lost whats the best i can do? with out tearing into my muscle?
according to most people in this board...and what I have started doing and I have seen results from lately is the first thing when you wake up on an empty stomach for 30-45mins low intensity...am i right ppl?
