I have been reading alot about HIT training lately and was thinking of giving it a shot. HAs anyone tried it? results???

I think it's great during a bulking phase. Check out this thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=175081 It's about 1 set vs. multiple. I posted my old routine, it's on the first page.
