Lower Chest
Hye guys, wondering how i can really put more stress on the lower pec, the nipple area, without weights? Right now Im doing normal pushups, incline and decline, know anything elseI can do? Perhaps swimming?

Alternating medicine ball push ups. Start in pushup position with the right hand on a medicine ball, do a push up and then bring the left hand (on the floor) onto the ball. Take the right hand off the ball and do another pushup with the left hand now on the ball. Make sure you drop your chest between your hands at the nipple line. Make sure you keep the ball under the nipple line when you transfer and squeeze your pecs as you do.
You can try plyometric push ups, too.

dips.
filling out your chest in general will increase lower chest from rest of body.
