cutting workout question
im going to be cutting now..my workouts usually went like 8-10 reps per set...ive been doing the same exercises but just 20 reps with everything...is this ok to do??

stick to around 10 theres no reason to drop the weight and up the reps.. I do 10-12 but heavy as possible

but thats what ive always been doing...dont u have to drop the weight and increase the reps when cutting??

Bumpin the reps has nothing to do with cutting. In fact you should actually probably drop the reps slightly to desperately hold on to the muscle you have.
