Is it ok to do 30-40 min. of walking on an incline in the morning on an empty stomach if your gonna train legs that evening? Or is this kind of detrimental?

I personally don't see a problem with it because walking fast doesn't really work my legs anyway...Especially if you have a long time in between
Bump for more replies...should i just lower the incline a little and maybe jsut speed up some?
On leg day instead of elliptical I do the bike to sling the blood into my legs same on day after. I don't know if it helps or not but the theory seems sound
