I was doing military press 275 lbs and at the 4th rep i felt something very painful, it's like when u pull a string till it rupture, that type of feeling,
so i stopped military presses and did flys (sideways, up right). now i have this baaaaaad pain with the least move, i applied some NSAI cream on, i'm also on Deca+Test E cycle, any ideas of wt i should do?!!
