neck?

heyy any1 train neck? i need a neck workout routine.. helppppppp..

this little apparatus is kick ass and sell for about 10 bucks

it goes on your head and you hang weights on the chain part:

if you cant get one of those you can take a towel fold it long ways
, you can lay on a bench or sit w/ your head kinda over your knees , put the towel over your head and have your patner
hold the left and right ends of the towl to give you resistance as you move your head up and down

Some gyms have actual neck machines. You just sit in a chair, and put your face between these two pads and move your neck. Like you put it on the front and look down, put them on the side and move to the side, put it on the back and tilt your head back. I know my high school had one b/c it was used for football.
