as long as you keepat your targeted heart rate it doesnt matter, i prefer the elliptical...(for targeted heart rate info check the stickyssssssssssssss)
I like the elliptical..it doesn't seem to put stress on the knees at all because your feet are planted.
i use the tread at an incline....seems to work pretty well
IMO its better to move around from machine to machine, different range of motion is good for u even though it doesnt really effect difference in heart rate depending on the difficulty of machine but that can always be lowered or highered... just keep target heart rate where u want it and they will all do the same thing
