    Legs

If i skip legs this week will it hurt my trainning at all? i'm on a cycle and i'm curious if missing one day would hurt any gains in size? i didn't get much sleep lastnight and was to tired to go before work today and don't want to over train them twice in one week.

this is the first time in months... i work saturday at 11am and the gym opens at 8am so that would be cutting it to close and working them out on sunday wouldn't be good cause that would be too close to when i would be working them again. i go Mon-Fri weekends off. thanks

you will be fine... i take a week off every 3 months, I feel it helps counteract any overtraining, helps to get the mind right and I come back with a new intensity. As stated above just don't start conveniently missing leg routines!

Since you're on a cycle I wouldn't miss too many days. When natural just take a week off every 3-4 months.
