I am 5-10, 173 lbs. 8-10% body fat.
I'm guessing i max bench about 320 lbs.
Ive started working out with heavier weights recently: warm-up 135: then straight to sets of 265, 2-4 reps, 3 sets, then the next two sets of 245 3-5 times, then down to 225 for 5-8. then some incline bench 3 sets and 3 sets decline.
Any suggestions of how i can gain 10-20 lbs on my max bench?
