Cardio- Low Intensity vs HIIT???
Ok I have some annoying belly fat that im trying to get rid of, (having knee surgey resulted in putting on some weight in the belly area). So heres my question, In trying to lose fat and lower Bf % to get my ABS back, do i do low intensity cardio or HIIT? I know obviously diet is key....but im confused on the cardio....any help is appreciated....thanks

I opt for 45 mins @ 65-75% of my MHR.
Works like a charm every time.
I tried HIIT, wasn't for me and my goals.

I follow Swolecat's advice like a damn religion. Why? Cuz it works for me and everyone else that consults with him. So therefore:
1. "empty stomach" which basically means first thing in the morning (after 8 hours of sleep)
2. 65-75% of my max heart rate
3. 45-60 mins/session
4. 5-7 days/wk (the tough part, if you ask me)

ok i'm 23 so my THR at 65% is 128 and at 75% is 147...so which should i try to maintain if i want to lose belly fat? I've heard for low intesity fat burn its at 65% and cardio is at 80%, but WHICH ONE is best for losing fat around the belly area??? When i do low intensity at 128 i feel like i'm barely moving...as its pretty easy...I'm pretty lean all around, just gained alot of belly fat due to my knee surgey and being inactive...

no form of cardio will burn more belly fat specificly. They all help to lower overall body fat but spot burning of fat isnt possible.
