Rep Time
When You Guys Are Working Out What Is The Ideal Rep Speed? Does It Depend On The Exercise Or Bodypart? I Know Most People Say Something Like 2-2-1 But I Rarely Ever See Anyone In The Gym Going Slowly Through The Motions.

on my last set on sum exercises i try to hold and flex at the top ...i feel it really puts some strain on the muscle ne1 else do this?

someone said to flex on every set, i dont know if thats true either

i lift like that after a few weeks of hitti it heavy, shocks the hell out of my muscles
