My friend that i work out with now wants to work out for 2 hours. He does 15 minutes of cardio - an hour for the workout - 15 minutes for cardio and half hour of BSing to people in the gym. Does anyone else think its insane to be at the gym for 2 hours a day. Also he does each bodypart 3 times a week and does like 20 sets per bodypart. anyone else think i should find another workout partner?
