Bulking and need help
Im bulking and the diet and everything is fine. I just need some advice on a good workout plan through the week to help me gain faster and get stronger. If anyone can help i would appreciate it.

2-3 days on 1 day off, medium to heavy weights, reps as low as 6, short intense workouts, no more than 1 hr.
