Just had a baby and need advice
Hey everyone.. its been sooo long since Ive been on these boards!!
I had a baby on June 8th .. I had a little baby girl who's name is Brooklyn Mary.
Im really excited cause I can start working out as of next week so I need your advice.. should I just start out doing cardio?? and if so.. for about how long do you think? (weeks? Month or so?)
I wont be able to take anything since Im breast feeding so Ill have to be all natural!
Any help/advice would be great!!

Gratz on the baby girl with a beautiful name!
You can start out doing light cardio and once everything is healed up from the delivery ease yourself back into the weights. The key is to take it slow for a while.

Long time Sic, Congrats on the baby! Take it easy and start off slow. Cardio should be fine for starters.
