I've been hearing some things about certain excercises making you grow more..
i.e.. Deadlift, Squat. Etc..
any experienced guys know if and/or why this would be true? And which specific excercises help with growth with the overall body..

Because they stimulate the body to produce more testosterone.
I see..so which excercises do this ? and when would be the most beneficial time to incorporate them into your workout?..
like say..could i do a set of squats before ...a chest workout? to pump me up? this is kinda what i was wonderin
Do heavy squats and deadlifts for a month and then you'll understand the science behind it.
