    looking for mass building workouts

    I was wondering if u guys could give tell me some workouts that would throw some sick mass on me. Workouts for arms,chest,shoulders,and traps. Im tryin to get my forearms bigger too, i wanted to know some effective things to do for them also. Thanks guys

    Well, I'm gonna tell you to do a search for bigkev's routine. I've been doing that routine for a couple of weeks. My incline bench is up 30Lb. and my flats up 20. As long as your puttin the calories down his workout routine will get ya pumped on all excercises.

    Definitely right on this one. BK's routine is unreal!!!
