They are the hardest and take the most out of you..I don't get sick but I tend to get dizzy after a tough deadlift workout and I feel drained for 30 minutes or so after I'm done squatting or deadlifting..
ive been training for 5 years and i spew/vomit pretty much almost every leg workout.]
its no big deal mate just keep at it...
I get the same thing, I believe it has to do with the strain it puts on the CNS.

lol jk i dont know bro, are you breathing correctly? bc my leg workouts are super intense, and i dont get sick or any of that, most ppl dont breath correctly

it dont really matter after training have good protien shake
then good meal in hour or 2 sweet as
