Wed - Pull
Fri - Legs/calves

I like the way you say you only! have 3 days,,that’s all the time in the world to train bro, there is a number of routine you can do, a push pull week like S/C recommended or you can change It around..Originally Posted by gotjuice?

Chest and back super sets,with 3 sets of laterals at the end.
The list goes on, but remember that it is the hard work and consistency that will insure progress. a routine is just days when you train there is so much more that needs to go in to it. have a read do some searches ect, ect, ..
