65-75 mhr. I medium paced 3-4mph walk on an incline of a treadmill.

To add onto what Dr.Shred said:

    Elliptical, Bike, work well too.

Also, start out at around 30mins, and work your way up. Dont' go over an hour though, I generally shoot for 70%MHR for 45mins.... for my goals.

Just do it with your workout; they're a muscle just like everything else, and should be fed PWO... whereas I wouldn't be eating right after cardio...

You should wait about 45min to an hour after you finished your a.m. cardio. I wouldnt think your body is in need of a protein shake just yet, maybe after a lifting session but not cardio....I could be wrong.

If you're going to consume a pro/fat meal, about 30mins or so... If you're going to consume a pro/carb meal, 45mins or so.

And no, dex/pro is horrible post-cardio. That is meant for after workouts.. (Post Workout - PWO)....

After cardio: If you're trying to cut, and can get by without carbs in the morning, just down a pro/fat meal. Or, do what I do: 8 egg-whites, 2/3cup of oats, and a scoop of whey. Depends on your goals/stats, etc as well.
