i just finished a whole leg workout in 45 mins do you think im getting enough rest between sets.

leg extensions 40-30-30-20super set with calf raises 12x4 4 sets each
    leg curls 4 sets 20-15-15-10
    leg press 12x 4 sets

i know this is a biotch leg work out but i just had surgery so i cant go too crazy just yet.

As long as you're able to maintain good form you should be fine. One of Charles Staley's method for increasing strength is to perform your workouts in less time. Again, you still need to maintain good form. If you shorten your rest periods and perform the same workout in less time, you have progressed. This is just one variable for progression.

I read, somewhere, that after 45 minutes your test levels start dropping. Many individuals will actually limit their workouts to 45 minutes to take advantage of their test levels.
