need help with a training routine
hi im a nobbie starting on test+deca +d-bol i need some to give me a good and intenceive training routine

high protine been lifting for 3-4 monthes

ur gonna flamed like hell..did u start any injections yet??

3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off = total of 5 days workout and 2 days off per week
50-60 mins. only at a time intense work out
45-60 seconds rest in between sets
heavy weights, low reps, between 8-5 reps.
14-16 stes for large muscle groups (chest, back, legs)
10-14 for smaller ones (bis, tris, delts, calves)

well if ur gonna inject neway...its ur choice...but i strongly advice that u dont..do u have pct medications?

james4434 if you are serious about juicing first read this thread
To everyone that is thinking about starting
that will clearly explain to you why you are wasting money if you start now.
get atleast 3 years of weight training behind you before doing steroids , get a very good knoweledge on nutrition and workouts before you do steroids.
For the love of god dont just do a cycle because people suggest it. Do a cycle because it makes sense to you and that takes ALOT of reading.
Dont jump into things like a foolish anxious little kid, This is your body, your health and your future we are talking about.
if you still juice now then dont come back and cry when you se the negatives of it that you wherent prepared for since you didnt research.

i see your point but is there eney thing i can take to help me on my way to my first cycle in the future i all ready have 5 servings of protine shakes a day tuna potatoes veg oat meal egg whites steak beef fruite i dont drink alcohole i dont take drugs

do some serious reading in the diet forum, start with the stickys,
then do some serious reading in the workout forum.
we cant just make a few suggestions, there is so much knowelegde on this board that it cant be compiled into a few posts. If you realy want a good body then spend alot of time reading about how to improve it. Takes effort both mental and physical to get a good body.
Another option would be to hire a trainer, swolecat from this board would be your man, he would put the muscle on you in no time.
