what day do you hit rear delts on: back day or shoulder day?
I usually hit em on back day with rows
Shoulder day. I dont think they belong on back day at all. Traps I could see putting on back day but i personally prefer them on shoulder day.
how about some reasoning behind the opinions, just curious
for me I've just never been able to hit them the way I like without doing some rows. Until I did them on my back day with rows, they never grew like I wanted em to. try a few things out and see what works best for you.Originally Posted by HOLLYWOOD

The way I see it is... with your triceps, you wouldn't normally hit your lateral head and your long head on 2 separate days so why separate your deltoids. I just prefer to hit them when they're fresh not after the been secondary's in how many sets of rows on back day.
i do them on back day as they are already warmed up from doing rows. I sometimes do very wide grip cable rows specifically to hit the rear delts.
