Do you finagle your diet at all for arm day since it really isn't as taxing as the others? Still take a dex/whey shake? Less cals overall?
During a leg day, my calories are higher than they would be for a arm day. With arms, there are so few calories burned. I would still recommend a post-workout shake for recovery. You are still causing muscle fiber damage and need it for repair. For my PWO, I cut back on the calories ingested.
