Depends on your ability to recover, how strenuous the workout is, what gear you are using, your diet, etc. etc. etc.

Understood. Its a pretty light cycle. I recover pretty well and my diet is good. I think Ill give it a try and if it seems to be a problem Ill stop. Its just that its sort of lagging in the upper/inner region and I thought while Im "on" I could spend some extra time there.
