arghh how do i get this??
How do I get this definition in the back part of my shoulder/bicep? I think it's the rear delt, not sure though. The first pics are of me, then pics of Ryan Reynolds and Mark Wahlberg who i feel best illustrate what I want my arms to look like (please excuse the gay Wahlberg pic)

yeaaman cutting sticky diet and morning cardio will get u there...dont mean to overtake this but what bf % do u thin ryan reynolds is at in that pic

1) Develop the shoulders more (the cap on the outside) I'd super-set lateral side raises with d-bell shoulder presses.
2) bicep/tricep work.
3) To complete this, low bodyfat, correct lighting, etc.

Should I superset my bicep/tricep workouts, or just keep them separate? and my bf is kinda high right now (somewhere around 14%) whereas Ryan Reynolds is about 4%. I'm thinking of going on his diet http://www.bladetrinity.com/bbs/show...=&threadid=647

why are you pinching you nipple?
lots of shoulder work.
side lateral supersets with front raises to military press.
just kick the piss outta them...lotsa side laterals....or lying side laterals
