    Question Push/Pull??

Is it better to work out Tri's on back day, cause they are fresh after all the heavy compounds, and bi's on chest day? I usually do the opposite... i do 3 day split back/bis chest/tris legs/shoulders 1 day off, repeat. Heavy compounds to start, smaller muscle groups after. Am i missing out on good advice???

i just replyed to something similar to this.. this is just my opinion.. and what is currently working well for me.. i would say what is your body telling you with regards of how it feels when training. i tried a similar training routine as you for awhile but, i would say train arms together, chest, legs, back/shoulders.

my routine which is working real good for me currently is..
    day1 back/chest
    day2 legs
    day 3 arms/shoulders
    day 4 off
    day 5 start over.
switch things up and see how your body responds. and if your split is working and you feel you are not overtraining a certain muscle then keep up your hard work.. good luck
