    Never started...never lifted.....

Well Im going to say this, Ive never touched a weight. I figured I would fill out and get my true size before i tried to get jacked up. All my buddies started lifting when they were 16,17,18. There all good size now, but I wanted to make sure I was confident that this is as big as Im getting. Im 21 and I want to start working out, and truthfully I have no clue where to start. my plan is start exercising with cardio, then get a solid starting workout program. ( If anyone has a good one please let me know) Keep doing that for a month or so then start on some sort of weight gainer. ( Ive been told test e would be the best to start off with.) Then keep a solid workout program going. If anyone would like to help me out or give me tips it would be more then greatly appreciated, also............keep in mind that Im a virgin to everything in the workout world but I wanted to do it right. I plan on starting to workout at the start of September. The main things are..............

    - Solid workout program.
    - Good Healthy Diet.
    - Solid substance to start out with.
    - Any other useful info.

Keep in mind that I am brand new to all of this.
    Thanks, Tito

    Lots of reading ahead.

Main thing I would do is learn how to deadlift and squat effectively. To me... thats what seperates a lot of people.

as for routines... I always liked this one. Simple, yet very effective.
