I can do bench press of 170lbs 5x5's but I can't push up 195 ONE TIME. I was reading a sheet on the wall in my gym telling me various reps and what the projected max for each weight was so I tried my projected max which was 205 couldnt do it, tried 195 still couldnt do it. I dont see how 25 pounds one time would be harder than -25 pounds 5 times with 5 sets?
