Evening,
For some or other reason I seem to be sore and tired. It feels like overtraining but what I do not understand is my pervious cycle I ran a split setup and I managed were as now I hit each muscle group once a week (ten times more effective) but my forearms is in pain (not severe) and it feels worn-out. I am in week 8 of a 16 week Test C only cycle. Should I maybe take a week off?![]()
