I dont disagree with anybody hear as I am going to try it for myself. But my theory is if it works, then stick with it. I am going to try all these variations to see maximum potential growth, and I think everyone should. Plus it kinda shocks your muscles a little by changing the exercise.

power clings and barbell shrugs. would like to use dumbells but were i lift they don't go heavy enough.
