    one part per day

    i usually work one body part per day..... #1 becuase i usually need about 4-5 excercises on my lrg muscles just to feel ive pushed them to failure..... monday.. chest
    tues... back..
    wed rest
    thurs... legs
    fri shoulders
    sat...rest
    sun arms


    ive heard from some to switch it up a bit every so often do a few parts a day and tak 2 resting days what u think ?

    Faus, I've always done one muscle a day, very similiar to your split; and gotten very good results. I just try to mix it up a lot (diff. exercises each week for each muscle) to keep the body guessing. There are lots of varying opinions on this however, just experiment a little, and see what works for you. Later bro.

    LOL, its funny how we all start Chest on mondays.

    I have a similar routine that consists of 1 body part per week.

    yes, alot of people do use similar splits but your right it takes experimenting to know what will work for you. everybody is different, dont listen to everyone who tells you what to do, you will be confused because they all have something diff to say. start with what you got and go from there. you will find the what works best for you. -happy lifting
