    abs on empty stomach?

what do u guys think about doing abs after empty stomach cardio? Does it matter or would it be better to do it after a workout. At the end of my workouts I never feel like doing abs thats why I was considering them with cardio.

Something I've been doing lately is doing a set of crunches, frog kicks, or hanging leg raises between sets of my main workout routine. For instance, if I'm doing chest and I'm resting for like 2 minutes between sets, I'll occasionaly bust out a set of abs instead of standing around waiting for the next set of my chest workout.

that will work too, but I think hes just asking if abs after cardio on low fuel is a good/bad idea..

Abs I think would be more of an aerobic workout in general if one wasn't using weights, maybe just cut your cardio short a bit and throw in Abs. I can't see it making or breaking you.
