    Question I got stretch marks on my hams

    Anybody else get this weird phenomemon that gives the impression that your biceps femori have given birth?? Looks like tiny red branching veins

    Maybe my hamstrings have grown a couple of inches in three days

    I recently took up bent over rows again after a break doing single arm rows

    hm i need to start doing rows again..i have been doing tbar rows tho..but i need to simumlate a wider grip...same type stuff tho
