Question workin out same body part twice a week????

whats up guys ive been workin out for a while and i used to do one body part a week workouts and recently i started doing 2 body parts a week...i was wondering, say i do chest the first time i do it for the week i work out heavy everyhting 6-8 reps and then next time i do it switch up all the workouts and do more repetitions say 12-15 reps with different excersizes....is this too much over training or is this alright to do...thanks bros

If your goal is to increase muscle mass, I would stick with 6-8 reps later in the week as well. Just perform different exercises. Let's say you were working calves. Instead of standing calf raises, which you did earlier in the week, perform donkey calf raises.

i think you should just train once a week...
    2 times a week
    can lead to over trainning.

Twice a week can be done by an individual with superior recovery abilities (genetic freak, no job, and/or on-cycle). Natural trainers would, generally, not be able to recover in time to train that frequently.

I can hit some body parts twice a week while on cycle, but it's generally not a good practice. Better to hit it hard once, then rest more.

    Sometimes less is more.
