I really want to get away from the 18-22 set 1 bodypart per week OT method ive been doing:
Could you guys give me an example of a good delt,chest, tri day 1, back/bi day 2 and leg day 3 set and rep scheme.
Just not sure on the exercises best suited for this routine and the sets/reps.....during a bulkingstage.Mucho K
