working out and cutting grass?
I workout 5 days a week alternating upper and lower, it is almost certain that one day in the week I will be pushmowing the yard. Wonder how I should do it on days I have to cut grass.
Should I not workout?
Should I workout then have a pwo shake an wait a little bit and then cut the yard?
Should I cut the yard then workout then have pwo shake?

I dont think mowing the lawn will have much of an effect on your workout!! Unless your pushing 30 acres

no its a lot that is 80x100 or 80x120 mostly flat.

I was just wondering mostly about catabolism and fat loss. Is there an order to doing it that would minimize muscle loss and optimize fat loss.

Yeah I would hate myself if I rode a mower. Its not big enough to justify that. Itwould save me 30 minutes on yard time im sure but I can be lazy like that.
I will just workout, have shake, cut grass, eat, then maybe go for a bike ride with the old lady.
