    Small chest...on bulking cycle...go heavy or more reps?

    I'm on a bulking cycle and everything is growing except my chest. My chest is growing at a very slow pace compared to everything else. I'v always had a small chest. I read on a few posts that it's a good idea to do low and heavy reps when on bulker. Would you guys recommend doing more reps and less weight since I need the muscle to grow more? Thanks for you help. Once or twice a week?

    The best way to pack on the muscle IMO is to go heavy, reps of 6-10

    I agree but I would go with 4-6 reps instead (keeping great form). Stay away from the cable crossovers. At the end of your workout go do some dips, concentrating on pushing with your chest, not your tri's. If you lean forward it might help a bit. Dips always give me a great pump at the end, I walk out the door with my chest out and my head held high.
