Do wide grip upright rows hit your rear delts at all?
I know wide grip upright rows are mostly a side delt exercise, which also work your front delts a little bit. But do they hit your rear delts at all?
What about seated side lat raises? Again, I know they're mostly a side delt exercise but do they hit your rear delts at all?

They mostly hit the side head/traps, I do them after my shoulder presses & side laterals before moving on to heavy behind the back shrugs, (really primes the traps for the heavy weights to come). Don't go to high on these as they are not the best for your shoulders if you go much farther then nipple height. Would'nt go too much wider than shoulder-wide grip eaither.
